As an Account Manager with the ESIX Global Team, Ashley is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of Specialty Programs, and as the Certificate System Manager overseeing the servicing of the customized Certificate Issuance System, including client satisfaction, efficiency, compliance, client transition, processing and guidance.

Prior to joining the ESIX Team, she worked as a Brokerage Assistant for a wholesale executive liability insurance brokerage firm. She also spent 8 years as an Administrative/Research Assistant for an Atlanta-based Craniofacial Orthopedist. Ashley is a graduate of Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate.

Ashley has repeatedly demonstrated a personal commitment to providing customer service excellence through her positive attitude, ability to make customers and co-workers feel special, seeking creative solutions and going beyond the expected. Ashley's bright smile, sense of humor and zeal for life is reflected not only in her work but in everything she does. Her energy level is paralleled only by her decibel level; when the ESIX office is quiet we know that Ashley has left the building (probably in search of Elvis). Outside of the office, she enjoys running, mountain biking, riding ATV's, yodeling and spending time with her two boys, friends and family.
